We were impressed with Dan's expertise, professionalism and excellent communications. We met with him immediately after he conducted the home inspection and he clearly and thoroughly went over everything with us. Hw was patient and did not seem rushed. I got the feeling that he would have stayed as long as it took to get all of our questions or concerns addressed. The photos Dan added to the report were especially helpful in pinpointing areas of concern, and the software he uses made it possible for us to have a complete written report within a few hours after the inspection was done.
